§ 6.1. Procedure to amend.

(a)

The Charter may be amended in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statutes.

(b)

If conflicting amendments are adopted at the same election, the one receiving the greatest number of affirmative votes shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
