§ 70-101. Purpose and intent.

The purpose of adopting the modified county boat ramp ordinance is to protect, preserve and enhance the public health, safety and welfare and the water quality of the lakes within the adjoining property within the town by controlling the construction, location and operation of boat ramps, by preventing overuse of a lake, and by preserving the natural beauty and attractiveness of the lakes.
