§ 6-28. December 31 and January 1.

In addition to the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages as provided by sections 6-26 and 6-27, establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages by the state may sell alcoholic beverages on December 31 in each year from 9:30 p.m. until 12:00 midnight and upon January 1 in each year from 12:00 midnight until 2:00 a.m.
