§ 6-27. Nightclubs.

In addition to the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages as provided by section 6-26, establishments exhibiting live entertainment and having a seating capacity of 75 persons or more shall be permitted to serve cocktails and other mixed alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises only during the hours from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. from Tuesday through Saturday mornings, and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight on Saturday, and from 8:00 a.m. each Monday to 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, providing that such establishments are in all other respects duly licensed and comply with all other ordinances of the town. It shall be unlawful for any such establishments to sell or offer for sale alcoholic beverages except during the hours provided in this section.
