§ 6-23. Sale in public places.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to purchase, sell, or offer for sale any alcoholic beverages as defined by state laws in any publicly owned place in the town, except as specifically authorized by written contract or agreement for town-sanctioned events or rental of town facilities.

    (b)

    Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in F.S. § 775.082 or 775.083 .
