§ 6-3. Possession of illegal beverages.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to own or possess within the town any alcoholic beverage unless the same shall have been manufactured or made in accordance with the regulatory provision of the laws of the state.

    (b)

    The possession within the town by any person of any beverage commonly known as moonshine whiskey shall be prima facie evidence that the same was not made or manufactured in accordance with the regulatory provisions of the laws of the state pertaining to alcoholic beverages.
