§ 66-215. Infill lots.

  • The applicant for a building permit on an infill lot within town limits, as defined by a lot outside of a subdivision having a town-approved water system plan, which does not have an existing waterline immediately servicing the property or a fire hydrant within direct road access of 500 feet, is required to extend waterline service to the property and provide for a fire hydrant. The line location and size and the hydrant placement shall be determined by the town administrative development review staff. A developer who is required to comply with this section is also subject to section 66-208.
