§ 66-121. Denial of water service.

  • The water department shall have the right to refuse service to any premises, in cases where the contracting party of such premises has an unpaid water bill under his contract, until such time as the bill is paid. The water department shall also have the right to refuse service to premises in cases where the owner of such premises has an unpaid bill for services or for material or labor rendered or expended by the water department in connection with rendering water services to it or any other premises under ownership or control of the owner.
