§ 66-3. Unlawful connection to waterworks system.

No person shall be allowed to connect into the waterworks system without the written consent of the town, and the connection with such system shall only be made under the direction and supervision of the town. Any property owner or plumber who shall make any connection without such consent of the town shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided in section 1-11.
