§ 66-2. Injuring water system equipment.

It shall be unlawful for any person, willfully or fraudulently, without the consent and authority of the town commission to injure, tamper or meddle with, plug, or in any way hinder or interfere with any lines, mains, pipes, connections, appliances or appurtenances used for or in connection with the town waterworks system, or make use of the system without the town's consent or authorization.
