§ 62-29. Parking on town park property.

  • (a)

    This section is enacted in the interest of the public safety and welfare of the citizens of the town in their use of town parks.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on town park property in other than an area which has been designated for parking.

    (c)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle on town park property for purposes other than for temporary use of the park and its facilities.

    (d)

    A violation of this section shall be deemed a nonmoving traffic violation as defined in F.S. § 316.1945 et seq.

    (e)

    The penalty for violation of this section shall be a fine in an amount set by resolution.
