§ 50-2. Construction of driveways from paved streets.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any owner or tenant of property, abutting on any brick or paved street in the town, to open and construct any driveway from such paved street to the abutting lot other than as follows:
(1)

Such driveway shall be at least ten feet wide. It shall provide adequate accessibility as approved by the town engineer.

(2)

Such driveway shall be constructed at a grade approved by the town engineer.
