§ 42-35. Duty of property owner, generally.

It shall be the duty of the owner of each lot, tract or parcel of land within the town to reasonably regulate and effectively control excessive weed or grass growths, hazardous trees and accumulations, as enumerated in section 42-32, on the property and on the portion of the adjoining public right-of-way between the property and the street. It shall also be the duty of the owner of each lot, tract or parcel of land within the town to drain, fill, regulate, enclose or control any abandoned, unsafe or unsanitary swimming pool, as set forth in section 42-34.
