§ 38-1. Purpose; applicability.

This chapter is enacted for the purpose of providing the necessary regulation of garage sales in the town in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens and residents of the town. This chapter shall apply and be in force within the municipal boundaries of the town.
