§ 30-119. Remedies not exclusive.

The remedies listed in this article are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law. It is within the discretion of the town to seek cumulative remedies as needed for enforcement of this article. All attorney's fees, court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this article, including sampling and monitoring expenses are recoverable by the town from the violator.
