§ 30-75. Application of article and violation liability.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to irrigate in a manner or in a time frame not in conformance with the provisions of this article. The provisions of this article shall apply to each property and person located within the town. Both the owner and any tenant of the property where a violation of this article occurs shall be held responsible for such violation.
