§ 30-47. Permit required for unreasonably loud and disturbing noises.

The creation of any unreasonably loud and disturbing noise in the town is prohibited; and noise of such character, intensity and duration as to be detrimental to the life and health of any individual is prohibited, except when created or made after obtaining a written permit from the town administrator when authorized by the town commission.
