§ 30-22. Authority; purpose; scope.

This article is enacted under authority of Fla. Const., art. VIII, § 2(b), and under authority of the town Charter, for the purpose of regulating nuisances and menaces to public health, safety and welfare within the town limits. This article is enacted in the interest of the public safety and welfare of the citizens and inhabitants of the town and shall be in force and effect and be enforced throughout the town.
