§ 2-70. Adoption of federal act.

Latest version.

The town adopts the terms, conditions, requirements, reservations, benefits, privileges and other conditions thereunto appertaining of title II of the Social Security Act for and on behalf of all officers and employees of its departments and agencies to be covered under the agreement.
