§ 2-66. Authority of mayor to execute agreements, amendments.

  • The mayor is authorized and directed to execute all necessary agreements and amendments to the old-age and survivors insurance system with the state agency for the purpose of extending the benefits provided by the system to the employees and officials of the town as provided in sections 2-64 and 2-65, which agreement shall provide for such methods of administration of the plan by the town as are found by the state agency to be necessary and proper.
