§ 18-76. Residential character not to be changed.

  • The use of the dwelling unit for a home occupation shall under no circumstances change the residential character thereof. There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the building or premises, or other visible evidence of the conduct of such home occupation. No more than 20 percent of the floor space of the principal building shall be used for the authorized home occupation.
