§ 18-50. Appeals.

  • Any applicant for a production permit aggrieved by a decision of the town or the film commissioner may appeal to the town commission by filing with the town commission a petition setting forth the reasons for the appeal. The commission's decision to affirm, reverse or modify the film commissioner's decision shall be final. Any person aggrieved by such decision may appeal to the circuit court pursuant to the state rules of appellate procedure. Rendition shall be deemed to occur upon the making of the decision appealed.
