§ 14-145. Commercial tents.

(a)

Commercial tent requirements are as follows:

(1)

Site plan.

(2)

Permission letter from the property owner.

(3)

Letter stating that the owner will provide a restroom facility or receipt from a port-o-let company.

(4)

Flame spread certificate.

(5)

Commercial tents may not be erected on the same parcel of land for more than seven days in any 30-day period, except as provided below.

(6)

Seasonal commercial tent permits may be granted for a period of greater than seven days, with approval of the town commission.

(b)

The permit fee shall be set by resolution.
