§ 14-51. State building code adopted by reference.

(a)

The state building code is adopted by reference as the building code of the town.

(b)

All the rules, regulations and provisions as set forth in the state building code are declared to be the rules, regulations and provisions for building and construction for the town as fully and completely as if set forth in this division.

(c)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this section or of the state building code, and any person convicted of so violating the terms of this section or of the state building code shall be punished as provided in section 1-11.
